Client was facing 7 years for Felony Grand Theft

Client was facing 7 years of state prison for felony grand theft (PC 487) for stealing from his employer which allegedly resulted in a $100,000 loss. Mr. Devitt hired an expert that showed that the loss was ½ what the employer said it was and he also got the client probation; then Mr. Devitt was able to get the probation transferred to his home state.
