Boyfriend and girlfriend were caught “carjacking”

Boyfriend and Girlfriend were caught “carjacking”. One client had a pistol with “cop killer bullets” but Mr. Devitt was able to get the charges against the girlfriend dismissed by showing the D.A. even though the title of the car was not in her name the car ownership issue was a civil dispute.  The other client got all charges dropped except for a simple misdemeanor (which will be expunged) since he did not know his concealed weapons permit from another state was not valid here.
