Woman was arrested for Grand Theft (PC 487)

Woman was arrested for Felony PC 487 (Grand theft over $400)  and Commercial burglary (PC 459) though it was a simple shoplifting case.  I was able to show the prosecutor that she was elderly, from out of state and had never been in trouble before as well as that she had medical issues.  Once she does some community service online the case will be dismissed.  The is similar to cases where I gotten the charges reduced to trespassing and then had the case dismissed after a year of probation under PC 1203.4  or just has the charges reduced, probation terminated (sometimes early) and the case dismissed.
