South Bay Couple

South Bay couple had their friend over for dinner to watch the USC football game.  The party got a little loud and the police were called by a nightmare neighbor from hell.  When the police came out a second time, my client was arrested for being drunk in public (PC 647(f) and disturbing the peace (PC 415)). My Client was determined to have his day in court but the Prosecutor gave up the case on the day of trial, which is not unusual since like a poker game, they will throw in their cards rather than play a losing hand.
